Refund Policy

We will offer you a FULL REFUND if the product is sent back to us within 7 days of the date of purchase and must be in the original packaging and in its original state.



Damaged Goods

All care will be taken to ensure you receive your goods in excellent condition.  However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us on (07) 846-1076 within 3 working days of receipt of your order.  We will provide a refund or replace your goods.

 

Delivery


Spisurfwear will try its best to deliver the goods to the delivery address as specified by the customer.
If for any reason your order is not available, we adivse you immediately and provide an alternative or a full refund.

Goods will not be delivered until payment has been received.  Delivery method must be specified at time of purchase within shopping cart. 

Delivery times are 5 working days within New Zealand and 10 working days Overseas.
